Hello, and welcome to our newest seasonal item! This week we are introducing two seasonal products: "Miso Dengaku with Kamo Eggplant and Fu" and "Softly Fried Hamo and Okra from Yamaguchi Prefecture" ❕.
Kamo Eggplant and Fu Dengaku with Miso Sauce" is seasonal Kamo eggplant dengaku made with white miso paste. Please enjoy it with yomogifu!

The "yamamomo" served with this dish is a sweet and sour fruit with a unique flavor that ripens in the summer! Please use it to refresh your palate!

The second is "Softly Fried Hamo and Okra from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
The batter used for this dish is made of yam, and it is softly fried!
